Are you the Customer Support Engineer we are looking for? As a crucial member of our Customer Support & Service Engineering team, you will possess in-depth knowledge of both software and hardware, ensuring efficient support for our global customers. Your customer focus, flexibility, and initiative-taking skills make you thrive on finding solutions to problems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently analyze service requests and implement solutions.
  • Resolve specialized issues independently and provide guidance to colleagues.
  • Contribute to the maintenance strategy and maintenance plan for customer
  • Coordinate, supervise, and mentor less experienced colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally about analysis results and recommended actions.


Wat you will bring with you:

  • Five or more years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in Linux (Command Line Terminal), (Bash) scripting, and LAN networks.
  • Fluent communication (written and spoken) in English and Dutch.
  • Understanding of the Shipping/Vessel Traffic Management domain is a plus.
  • Hands-on mentality, independence, and quick learning ability.
  • Customer-focused with attention to satisfaction.
  • Willingness to participate in the standby service.
