Senior financial expert
We are looking for a senior Financial Expert in Apeldoorn (the Netherlands) that is willing to operate in a dynamic and international setting. As the right hand of our Head of Finance, you will enable professional financial reporting in compliance with company processes and policies. Part of your role is managing the annual statutory audit. This will bring you in contact with all parts of the organization, and you will be the first point of contact of our auditors. You will be part of an international team of finance professionals and reporting directly to the Head of Finance, also located in Apeldoorn.

- The financial management of treasury, corporate tax, VAT;
- Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts accurately on a monthly basis;
- Ensuring and maintaining a standardized global administrative process;
- Being the key point of contact during internal and external audits.
- Performing statutory reporting including consolidating;
- Assisting in (ad hoc) reporting;
- Maintaining and updating BS reconciliations;
- Helping when needed in processing day to day activities;
What you will bring with you:
- Bachelor level + in a relevant study;
- 5 years + (international) experience;
- Strong analytical skills ;
- IFRS knowledge;
- Experience with a private equity owned company is a plus;
- Knowledge about Dutch tax (you’ve worked in a Dutch company) and preferably also international tax;
- Communicate fluently in Dutch and English
- The ability and willingness to work in a highly demanding and dynamic environment;
