What do you do at Tidalis?

I bring structure, clarity and direction to some of the most complex challenges our clients face. As a Bid Manager, I work across the full breadth of Tidalis alongside finance, legal, project managers, field service engineers, system engineers and product developers. Together, we transform highly technical requests into proposals that clients can genuinely understand and believe in. My background in project management means I keep all those moving parts aligned and nothing falls through the cracks. Beyond my core role, I also serve as Chair of the Works Council.

How do you make an impact for our clients?

Real impact starts with asking the right questions. I steer the process toward truly understanding the client, not just what they are asking for, but the challenge underneath it. I bring colleagues together to shape the right solution, whether that is a product, a service, or a tailored combination of both.
