Romy supports the Projects team and the Transformation Office, making sure we can focus on our work.

What do you do at Tidalis?

I keep things moving. As a PMO at Tidalis, I split my time between supporting the Projects team and the Transformation Office, making sure our teams can focus on what they do best by removing the friction that slows things down. My role is all about enabling people.

How do you make an impact for our clients?

My impact is often behind the scenes, but it matters. By supporting our project managers and keeping projects organised and on track, I give them the space to serve our clients even better. Every process I streamline, every bottleneck I clear, it all feeds directly into the quality and reliability our clients experience.
