San Juan Bay Pilots select Tidalis Pilot Dispatch system

The San Juan Bay Pilots of beautiful Puerto Rico have awarded Tidalis a contract for our web based pilotage management and billing system, PilotControlTM. The system will bring their entire process into one source of truth, from online order requests, through dispatch, to automatic billing of all charges and payment collection.
