Your Role
As Financial Advisor, you will be a key member of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Director. This is a broad and hands‑on role aimed at supporting the structuring and development of core financial processes across control, reporting, tax, compliance, and financial planning. The role is situated in a transformational environment, which requires constant prioritization of activities to achieve the most impact, while working with all finance disciplines across the organization

What will you do?

Financial Control & Structuring

  • Support the Finance Director in building and improving financial structures, processes, and internal controls.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of finance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks and external regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Structure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports together with regional controllers
  • Consolidate financial data and develop insightful analysis for management decision-making together with the group controller
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Tax & Compliance

  • Support tax reporting processes, including gathering data, preparing documentation, and liaising with external tax advisors.
  • Monitor changes in relevant tax regulations and contribute to compliance initiatives.

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to understand financial implications of business decisions.
  • Provide clear and structured financial insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive finance-related projects such as system implementations, process optimizations, or organizational structuring.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and financial data quality.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance, audit, controlling, or reporting (Big 4 experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and tax fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
