The Quality Engineer is responsible for the management system, audit program and internal support with respect to quality and environment (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishe, document, implement and maintain the management systems related to Quality Management & Environmental Management
  • Monitor quality and environment requirements on operations
  • Coordinate the management of audits, findings, risks, changes and reviews of the management system
  • Support Line Managers with respect to quality and environment (e.g. advice, coaching, training)
  • Manage the audit program
  • Perform 1st party (internal) audits and 2nd party (supplier) audits
  • Coordinate 2nd party (customer) audits and 3rd party (certification body) audits

What we require from you:

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in Engineering and/or Management
  • Relevant experience
  • Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Great communication skills
  • Good knowledge of legislation (e.g. EU law, Dutch law)
  • Good knowledge of management system standards (e.g. ISO, IEC, NEN, IAF, SKAO)
  • Good knowledge of customer-specific standards (e.g. UAV-GC, VSP, ABDO, AQAP)
  • Good knowledge of operations (i.e. project management, systems engineering, support)
