Your role
As a Systems Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our projects. You work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into clear, well-defined system requirements. You design and maintain robust system architectures and innovative solutions that make a real impact. You provide technical guidance throughout the development process, supporting software development and contributing to key make-or-buy decisions. You actively participate in technical meetings, proposals, contract execution, and life cycle support. As part of the Systems Engineering team, you collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and support the Project Manager with your technical expertise, ensuring our solutions are reliable, future-proof, and aligned with customer expectations.
What will you do?
- As a Systems Engineer, you play a key role in turning customer needs into innovative technical solutions.

Analyzing customer requirements together with the client and translating them into clear system requirements.

Developing and maintaining system architectures and solutions.

Providing technical support for software development when needed.

Delivering technical input for make-or-buy decisions.

Supporting technical meetings, proposals, contract execution, and life cycle support activities.

Contributing actively as a member of the Systems Engineering team.

Supporting the Project Manager with technical expertise.
What do you bring?

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in Systems Engineering.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Willingness to spend approximately 10% of your time visiting customers in the Netherlands and abroad.

Knowledge of the maritime domain (a plus).

Radar knowledge (a strong advantage).
